The HENDY family being researched are based on the Isle of Wight. Dating back to the 17th Century, so far. The HENDY family were mainly agricultural labourers through the centuries as most other families on the Isle of Wight were. A recent new link to the MERWOOD family has shown how the HENDY family managed to spread to New Zealand.
